Thank you for the use of your lovely villa. It had everything we needed and I loved being there. We were able to make good use of the pool, even swimming one night in the pouring rain!

We had the perfect week. The weather was superb so plenty of use of the pool.

It was great returning to a clean, warm, homely environment. (Their second stay.)

Hi, Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at our villa.

It seems like such a long time ago now but hey – there is always next year!

The place is a credit to you both, well appointed and spotless.

The location is great and as this was our fourth visit (to Florida) in four years we had an idea of what we were looking for – Tuscan Ridge ticked all the boxes.

I had already prior to our stay recommended you to one family (who I think have booked for Easter 2012) and only today recommended you again to another.

We may well be in touch when Virgin release next year’s flights!

Just a quick message to say thanks once again for the use of the villa and the base of a fantastic holiday. Everything was great, though the summer heat did come as something of a shock! Please pass on our thanks to the MC for having everything prepared for our arrival and I hope we left everything in good order for them to do their work once we left.
Expect a phone call sometime in the near future for a re-booking!

We wanted to give you some feedback having just spent a week at your home in Tuscan Ridge.

My wife and I are ex-vacation home owners and owned a property at Orange Tree for 4.5 years and sold it back in late summer of 2006, so we understand the challenges of owning/renting/vacationing from owners/guests perspective. We have rented vacation homes in Florida since selling and sometimes it can be a hit or a miss with the quality etc and have always compared to the quality of our own home that we had and to be honest yours is the first home we have really felt good about…my wife is a stickler for cleanliness!

You have fabulous home and we both really enjoyed it feeling it was a home away from home and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending your home/visiting again.

Our thanks to you both and to your management team who keep your home in great condition. I have also experience of management companies over the years and you seem to be getting it right!

Thanks for the wonderful holiday you helped provide for our family. We absolutely loved your vacation home and wish we could build one just like it here at home. It is beautifully laid out, especially the kitchen/family room and provided us with many hours of enjoyment. The home is beautifully furnished and appointed and we made use of all of its special features, including Wi Fi, the spa/pool and the games room. I can now say I can shoot billiars as well as the rest of them!

We did not visit the parks this time around but we couldn’t say the same for shopping. It was nice to see the Posner Park area expanded from the last time we visited. Spent a day at the Mall at Millennia and it was absolute mayhem…. We also visited Marshall’s, TJ Maxx and the outlet mall. I was surprised at how close the villa is to where we needed to go. Ordered Chinese for New Year’s Eve from up the road on Highway 27 and the food was excellent. Also recommend Ceci’s for a cheap meal…all you can eat buffet with salad, soup, pasta, breadsticks, pizza and dessert.

Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your incredible home.

We would just like to say a massive thankyou for allowing us to hire your villa for our holiday. We had a fantastic time from day one and it was made all that more special for having such a fantastic place to stay. It was definately an all round service offered from yourselves and you were really helpful with the many questions etc that we had prior to us coming, nothing was too much trouble for you.

You must be both very proud to offer such a welcoming place that is furnished to a very high specification.

The ice machine on the freezer was a life saver for our drinks! Our holiday was totally shattering but thoroughly enjoyable and we managed to achieve so much which was great. The boys have had the best time ever and loved the pool and the games room.

We will be sure to let people know of the villa and we will hopefully get to come again in the future. Could you please pass onto Lisel our thanks for the recommendation of the Irish Bar in Downtown Disney for lunch on the last day as the meal and atmosphere were great.
